Summary:
Executes goals and objectives set by the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure excellent service to our customers, both internal and externalThis position will have dual responsibilities for coordinating, training and overseeing all facility training and safety initiatives.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Include the following and other duties may be assigned as required.
Comply with the Company's attendance/tardiness standards as well as all other company policies, procedures, and expected standards of behavior.
Conduct all employee training and retraining at the facility.
Manages and updates all training records and ensures compliance with all statutory training and/or certification requirements.
Monitor new hires, help with floor training, and ensure compliance with CDS policies and procedures.
Coordinate with facility management in organizing and documenting safety meetings.
Serves as a role model for all staff by creating a workplace culture focused on safety.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
This position has supervisory responsibilities for the warehouse and some facility ma positions.

Expertise in developing and implementing training toolsExperience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft ExcelExperience with project managementMinimum of 3 years of supervisory/training experience in a distribution center environmentPreferred:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
